Was at McDonald’s yesterday on dream Street in Florence Kentucky the restaurant was filthy when you went to get ice do you fold your cup away the ice machine kept flowing out into the floor and one it was brought to the managers attention she said it was not her responsibility to clean the lobby or clean up the ice and proceeded to tell us that if we didn’t like it that we could leave she actually took one customers receipt and gave his money back and asked him to leave the store because everybody was complaining about how filthy the restaurant was needless to say she came out the front door screaming at the older couple that was in front of us and even told my husband that if he didn’t like it he could leave also to the point that the police were called because of her actions and the way that she was speaking to customers so I guess what I’m saying is basically if you go there just be prepared to be talked to rude and be treated inappropriately

After two complaints about Rumpke Trash Service disrespecting residents where we live due to picking up garbage at 3:00 am and waking people up, Rumpke is refusing to stop, (said they'd tell the driver to be quiet, like a big garbage truck can be "quiet" in the middle of the night) BBB was of no help and they even deleted my latest complaint without even addressing it. Worthless organization. Thanks, Tammy!!

Quest diagnostics has owed me for a overpayment for 82 days as of October 30th. They just as well stolen my money. I had no intention of loaning 79.$. This company will never see another dime
