NEVER NEVER NEVER join FMCA!!!! They have the WORST customer service I have ever experienced!!! I joined them in March of '22, with the plan of getting their Roadside Assistance. I couldn't do them both in the same month because I'm on a fixed income. So, I just tried to get Roadside in May, and they told me that I would have to pay for membership again, since I'm supposed to do them both at the same time. I said "it doesn't say that on your website", and the lady said it said "it's in our policy". I asked to talk to a manager to complain about this, they referred me to Aaron White, the membership manager. I called him, his machine came on, I left a message, and he called me back when I couldn't pick up the phone. I tried 3 more times to call him back, leaving messages each time, and he never called me back. They obviously don't care to have my business. All the website says is that you have to be a member to get RA, not join them both at the same time, which is ridiculous!!

As an FMCA member, it is nice to stop to visit the staff that keeps the association running.
