Recently had go to in for an MRI and I had lot of anxiety about this procedure, including claustrophobia. The imaging tech was amazing, he articulated what I could expect and you could tell he was very knowledgeable in his profession but kept everything lighthearted too. This gentleman helped calm my nerves and I appreciate that very much, fantastic patient care. I absolutely plan on using this facility when I need another follow up MRI.

Mercy healthcare is a circus and Betsy Drake is the ringleader. Mercy anderson hospital is even worse! Mercy should get out of healthcare business. That don't care about people just profit. What a waste of a star!!

Avoid at all cost - Complete incompetency - Call to been seen for a cough and the Dr freaks out about not following covid protocols when I clearly stated I wanted to be seen for a cough. Then they ban me from all Mercy.
