If you have the option to go with another lab DO IT! Most all the Lab technicians are rude! They will not draw a lab and put refusal without even going to a nurse before not getting sample. They are SUPPOSED TO GET A NURSE IF REFUSAL OR IF THEY CANT IDENTIFY A PATIENT! That never happens. They have skipped facilities and give you a hard time when you call and ask why! Good luck talking to a supervisor bc they DO NOTHING about any issue. This has been going on for the last couple years and is only getting worse. If I could give negative stars I would. They do not care about the patients!

Ridiculous hold times when you call them. Be prepared to rot on hold for almost an hour. Some ( not all) of the people who answered the phone were rude. One even hung up on me ( im a nurse in a LTC) after I waited on hold for 40 minutes. I reported to their HR. They need to fix this problem! I as a nurse DO NOT have an hour to sit on hold for results!!
