I walked in there today around 12:35pm today (12/18/18) and was greeted by NO ONE! There were 4/5 workers and only 3 customers. NO ONE said hello, welcome or anything! One worker walked out and walked right by me without saying one word! I told one customer there about to lose a customer and that they did. How rude! I’ll never shop at this location again, being that they’re closing... if customer service played a role in the closing I totally get it ! I left at 1:13pm

I was lied to a lot not only the Karate but the price value. Sold me a 8k ring that's worth 1500 at best, sad thing is I was told it was 1 1/2 Karate and was barely 1. Want answer my calls now.

I don't know if this is standard policy. Bought a ring and earrings for my lady friend. Gave it her the following night. Needed one size larger. Took it back the following evening. Was told it would cost 57 dollars to resize it. REALLY? Wow.
