Their management team is impressive with their skill and hard work. They're focused on providing excellent care to families, and it's clear they're a top-notch provider in the market.

I have used multiple in home care providers in the past for my father and am now using Trinity In Home Care for my mother who lives at home but can no longer be left alone. I am truly blessed to have found Trinity through a client referral. My mother recently left the hospital and needed short term 24hr care and Trinity was able to give me coverage on very short notice. The Company has been responsive to all of my needs and is committed to being supportive of my family. I have found all of their care providers to be warm, hard working, and caring of me and my mother. Trinity management and staff listen to my needs and concerns and have provided me with the time and services I am requiring and have given me peace of mind. I feel the Company and its employees have become part of my family. I am grateful for the culture and service Trinity In Home Care provides its clients and can not give them higher marks or a stronger recommendation for anyone who is exploring in home care.

My wife Norita and I have used Trinity for some time and have had a great experience. They provide 24-7 round the clock help which has been a life saver for us. The staff including Sheila, Jane, Bill . and others are always helpful and courteous. So we highly recommend Trinity. We think you will be pleased ,as we are, with their services. Stan Ragle

Was setup for a first visit at 2pm, the nurse called at 2pm and said she would be 1.5 to 2 hours late. I declined her offer and contacted the office. The supervisor said the nurse gave a courtesy call. A courtesy call is not a call when the appointment should be held. She knew at 12pm she could not make the 2pm meeting. I cancelled the entire contract due to the ignorance of the staff and its management team. First impressions tells a lot. This was not a good look for this company.

Called into office ,lady staff scheduler very rude talking over you ,yelling omg not a good look for the buisness
