I went in with some jewelery i had inherited. They wouldnt buy my diamonds and told me they were "junk diamonds"... seriously? but then they said they would take them? huh? I had been to two other places beforehand and had been offered over 300 dollars more. Will never go back there let alone sell to them

Went to the location at Jungle Jim's with a very large amount of Silver collector coins. The person was very rude and offerred about 10% of the truw value. They are only looking for scrap and are not a real collector coin store.

We were in there last Saturday and were very surprised at how much we received for the few things that were just lying around. Very friendly and customer service was excellent. We'll be back

I wasn't their priority when I walked in and took them 5 minutes to even come to a table. Then they tested a few pieces and added it up and it was way less than a small competitor. When I told them the competitors offer he just laughed and didn't try to beat it like they claim. Also the visit took a really long time because I'm not sure if the guy had ADD or what but he had trouble working at the task at hand. DON'T ROBBED there are much better places out there.
