We called up set a time and went in and got carpet coming next week sometime. The lady is going to come Monday and measure out the apartment. They have a lot to choose from in carpets very knowledgeable people !

Salesman was wonderful to work with - not pushy, incredibly helpful in laying out my options, great communication before install. The installers were fantastic - I had about 1,000 square feet removed and new carpet installed. Three guys did this in a day with no damage to walls, baseboards, etc. They were professional and courteous to me working from home while installing. I have never had a home renovation project go as smoothly as this. I cannot recommend them more!

So here's the cunnundrum with my review- I ALMOST have beautiful flooring installed by fine craftsmen. However, my account manager completely dropped the ball. Not enough flooring was ordered. This was supposed to be no big deal, as the needed flooring was just north, in Dayton, OH. I repeatedly called and emailed in regard to my unfinished floor. My account manager called on Tuesday, to give me more runaround, and said she would call back. Instead, in spite of us all communicating through phone calls, she decided it was a more sufficient way to communicate to us through an email. What was a two day flooring job, has become two weeks and one day. The biggest kicker, is that our account is the talk of the office, because our manager simply couldn't believe she didn't order enough flooring. So, everyone knows our floor is unfinished, with an open tube of flooring glue just hanging out in the open, and there was absolutely no priority in finishing our floor. $2700 taken, only to be left hoping my floor doesn't get ruined before it is even finished. I just hope they at least pay the installers extra, since they probably low balled them in the first place.

Jill is amazing. She talked us through all of our options and was so kind. They got us in so quickly and the carpet looks and feels amazing! Thanks to the whole Buddy's team for the fantastic customer service and install!
