From the Sales Rep (Sam Shapiro) who came to the house, through to the Trainer (Shelby) and the installer (T J Settles) - all were simply great. T J was outstanding. Being a horticulturist, my plants are my babies. I showed T J where special plants were, and he remembered every one of them and there are many. He was so diligent. I can't say enough about all of the Invisible Fence people I came in contact with. You will not be disappointed with Invisible Fence. Try them for your pet or pets. We purchased Invisible Fence in 2019 when we moved to Mount Lookout. Our dog continues to get shocked inside our home. My husband and I have seen it happen multiple times. Invisible Fence have come out to our house over 5 times to continue to "reset" the line and add security pads (we have over 4 of them all over my kitchen and front hall alone). They denied our request for a refund as they believe the system isn't "failing". The one year guarantee is inaccurate, false, and misleading. Every time I call they continue to come out and "check" the system. My dog refuses to come downstairs and has peed himself out of fear. They say it's because it is an "old house" and is creating a second fence. Just called them again today and they informed me that as a courtesy they will waive the 15 minute technician fee. Really a courtesy as your product is failing and is shocking my dog....I would not suggest this product. Complete disappointment and complete lack of regard for my time or the safety and security of my dog. Mount lookout/Hyde Park residents beware. **Update 6 weeks later I have had to call them again. Their lead technician is coming out again to work on the system. They refuse to give me a refund.. This is a complete waste. I cannot reiterate my frustration. This company lacks integrity. I was expecting it to be very difficult to train my puppy, Bodie, to use an invisible fence because he can be very stubborn and persistent - and he is deaf! Jarré was so helpful and patient with training him and he loved her! She explained everything well and was able to answer all of my questions. I am confident now that Bodie understands, and that the invisible fence will keep him safely contained in the yard :)
