I have been seeing Monica for at least five years and because I don't have insurance, I appreciate that she gives me refills on my regular medication. I have been dealing with a new ailment the last few days and have not been able to work. I didn't want the bill from going to the ER so I waited and called Monica first this Monday morning. My request was to please order me a MRI so I could find out what is causing the excruciating pain. I called again at 11:30 and told them to please add that I need something for pain - NON_NARCOTIC like prescription Ibuprofen. I hear nothing! I call back at 3:30 and I'm told Monica just answered and she said -nothing for pain and listed my current medications and that I should make an appointment if I am still in need! I waited hours for this?!! THEN I get a phone call from a lady who said she was told by Monica's office that I wanted to sign up for medicaid!! WHAT? I can now only assume that Monica didn't want to be bothered with me because I don't have insurance. I have always paid my bills with her office.I do not qualify for Medicaid! I was not looking for a handout! I need to get to the bottom of what is causing this pain and I was prepared to pay for it! I am in shock that she treated me this way.

Dr. Robert Kuo is very kind, and listens to my concerns for myself and for my children. Clean facility, and very kind staff
