Frisch's Big Boy

We went to the drive-up window and service was reasonably quick. The food was great. My wife and I each had Big Boy sandwich and onion rings. I would go back and order these again.

Oooooookay you finally get my order right this time coming through the drive thru, a Big Boy with extra tartar sauce and a order of fries, and you listened when I asked at the drive thru window for extra pks of tartar sauce. So it made worth it,considering the 10 minutes I had to wait to reach the front window......annnnnnyway, I get home open up the Big Boy and saw my extra tartar sauce and saw this crispy dried up piece of cold hamburger that had a slice of cheese on it that didn't melt, that tells you the sandwich wasn't fresh, only the extra tartar sauce I asked for, and the fries were cold stiff didn't bend when you broke it in half just snapped now that's cold y'all, I never bother calling the restaurant anymore because I'm tired of hearing "I'M SORRY TO HEAR THAT, WE'LL REPLACE IT ON YOUR NEXT VISIT OR YOU CAN COME BACK. Now listen carefully how does that sound....does anyone say okay I'll be right over HECK NAW we just drove there drove home ready to eat, REALLY???? BAWHAHAHAHA So here I go again with a bag full of cold Frisch's food looking for something to eat out of the refrigerator after all. Oh yeah I'll probably get a standard reply from the office as well that'll make me feel like my comment really matters. Annnnnnyway just thought I'd share my review with you guys as well, stay safe and healthy everyone.

Food was good but seems like they always forget something or forget to add a topping that was asked for when ordering. And also I ordered fries and was not informed that they were out so they gave me coleslaw instead.
