I have been trying to get a appointment at Health Source Mt Orab Ohio, only to find out that new patients can only get one on the first Monday of the month. I am in such pain & this practice doesn't care. I don't understand how they expect that when there is a emergency when someone is in such pain, infection in the tooth and gums there is no appointments available plus only one day a month as a new patient can be seen.

Recently visited on 3 days ago, overwhelmed with pain from my tooth and anxiety, and just wanted to get on here to give a big THANK YOU, to the ladies at reception for their sweetness, the dental hygienist/assistant Terry, was BEYOND wonderful, heard my voice and made sure I didn't feel alone (metaphorically ) and the dentist Dr. K (please forgive me for not spelling your name out, I don't want to butcher it!) Situations like these give me faith in our humanity

Great service, little hassle. The dental receptionist Hannah was so sweet & helpful with any questions or concerns we had, she was very understanding, as was the whole crew. Definitely would recommend.
