        I have been a patient at this practice for many years. they are growing quickly and not interested in customer service at all. I just switched insurance and without even looking into it, they cancelled my appointment and said adios. I called back to say that it actually is in network and they still said they couldn't make the appointment, yet i have been a patient for at least a decade. Time to move on!
