I’m giving it two stars and not one because at least the lady realized how rude she had been and apologized “in case she came off strong”. I was told by a friend that this place could do alterations within 2 weeks and were reasonably priced. I went to the location and the lady named Monica looked at my dress, asked when I needed it by, said it was doable and even offered up a few days of buffer so she could “go back and refine if needed.” I gave the date I needed it by (would have been a Saturday) and she gave me a date 3 days prior to that (Wednesday). She also quoted me a certain price ($70). When Wednesday came, Igot a text asking for more time (til the Saturday). I thought it was weird since Monica was the one who committed to a Wednesday, but acceptable as I had a few more days. I didn’t want her to rush through a bridesmaid dress. When Saturday comes, I text her asking what time I should pick it up and she said she still needed more time and said it would be way more than what she had originally quoted. All my dress needed was hemming the bottom and taking an inch from the sleeves. I told Monica “I thought we agreed on X price”, to which she responded super rudely (SEE PICTURE ATTACHED).. This shouldnt happen, and people shouldn’t be treated like that especially when they’re paying you for the service. She honored the original price but made me feel like it was my fault. Not only that but, when I looked at the work on the sleeves, it wasn’t well done at all. She took more time than she had said it would, tried to elevate the price after she had given one that already seemed high, got really rude when i said something totally normal AND did a horrible job. Never again.

I was beyond impressed by the turnaround, pricing, and service I received!! I could easily see how busy they were but was never treated second rate. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

These ladies are really special. They NEVER stop working and they will try their hardest to get things done in time. Take note, however, they are VERY POPULAR and VERY BUSY so I wouldn't wait until the last minute. Good value and great service!
