        Excellent credit score, and declined for a preapproval of a car loan I need. Sent them my paperwork and didnt hear back from them for a week. The person handling my loan application was laughable, didnt really understand what was happening as she was filling out my application from what I perceived. I think she said she was fairly new, but Im not here to help train your employees, I am here to get a loan so I can get a car to continue my professional life. I am so sick of unprofessionalism. No reason I shouldve been declined. Thanks for wasting me and my familys time GE. I couldve gotten a car weeks ago if I didnt try to jump thru all your ridiculous hoops.

        I'm always welcomed with friendly smiles and greeted by name. I was recently hacked and the staff took great care to make sure everything went well. The entire staff is very friendly and professional. I go out of my way for this office because I get the care I want.
