        Pick up times are Horrible I have waited 1-1/2 to Four hours after My scheduled pick up time, while not feeling well, complaints seem to go no where. I EVEN HAVE MADE MY SCHEDULED DROP OFF AND POCK UP 1-2 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. sum of the drivers and dispatchers are very Inconsistent,Inconsiderate, Rude. You have to Love People and Have compassion to drive people to their Doctors appointments; Karma will catch them of GOD allows them to keep on Living.

        Shareholders - RUN AWAY FROM FirstGroup. They dont care about their customers and will eventually go bankrupt because of that. Just look at Greyhound reviews. People HATE them.
