Spine and Wellness is always excellent. The team and the treatments are always great, just what I need. The laser treatment really aids healing.

Great experience at The Spine and Wellness Center by Dr. Adam Metzger. Thorough review of the issue both historically and physically. This was followed by great stimulation, relaxation, and lengthening procedures. This was followed by hands on low impact treatment in the lumbar spine predominately, but with attention to the entire spine and paraspinous muscles. He followed up w additional explanations and answered questions. He then referenced several stretches he wants me to work on and sent me links to videos demonstrating those. All in all a thorough and complete work up and treatment with attention not only to the current problem, but with an eye towards overall spine health going forward. I am an MD, however when it comes to my back, I view this chiropractic treatment to be a good alternative to meds and more invasive treatments often offered by many medical practitioners. I can without reserve recommend Dr. Metzger for spine care, when more standard treatments have not helped or are more invasive than desired. Thank you Dr. Metzger WD MD
