I was called my Cincinnati chimney by mistake, and when i called them back the answering machine was of a nice lady, that's nice. Professional service. Don't have a chimney though. Wish I did.

We called this company for an inspection on a new home we purchased and Brian came out. The living room fireplace had a insert in it so Im not sure why but he could not inspect it. I had a wood stove downstairs and he told me I have to have this concrete thing removed from the top of the flu or he cant get to it. Well he didnt even go up on the roof because the "concrete thing" was just sitting on top and not attached, it was easy to remove. I had my furnace guy over and he set the concrete lid aside and it was not that heavy and found that the chimney must have just been cleaned and it was immaculate and needed nothing. Then he went over to the fireplace with the insert and was able to see all the way down that flu too which also looked immaculate. I guess Brian from this place needs to get on the roof to do this job. He was at my house 5 to 10 minutes. We did not pay anything but the fact he told me I had to hire a place to get the concrete cap off without going up there was disappointing. Service: Chimney inspections
