My designer Christie listened to me and was able to grasp what I wanted. The installers Bah and Cristian were very detailed oriented and handled everything with care. They even did an excellent job cleaning up behind themselves. Everything looks amazing and is functioning beautifully!

From the sales process with Tracy C. to the day of install process with Tony B., we had an excellent experience. Tracy listened to my wants and needs and developed a concept for a small in size master closet that was simple, sleek and most importantly functional. Tony B. called prior to arrival, showed up on time and was beyond professional and prompt in his work. He took the time to explain the install process and walked me through how to clean the unit, the lifetime warranty and more. Down to earth, friendly installer who did the job as a one man show impressive! Shortly after install, Tracy called to check in which was a nice courtesy touch point. Would highly recommend this duo and Closets by Design.
