Let me start off by saying that I don't just let anyone work on my vehicles. I purchased a new Ford truck, and part of the deal was to have a line-x spray in bed liner. The dealership uses linex of southern Ohio. I had some concerns as I wanted the bed bolts removed, tie down hooks removed and all tailgate hardware removed before spraying. When I called to confirm the appointment, all my worries were put to ease. We had a great conversation about the process and I didn't even have to ask about removing the hardware. It was something they do. Due to my schedule I had to drop the truck before opening and pick up after opening. All I can say is wow. The install is flawless. Better than factory, or any other I have seen. If you want line-x, this is the place. 10/10

Bought a tri fold tonneau cover for my truck price was on the high side but included a lifetime vinyl warranty and 10 year hardware warranty. After a year and a half the wind blew the cover open from the tailgate to the cab with the truck parked. The handles wont latch properly all the time and it put a hole in the cover. I called and asked about the warranty and took it to the shop where I was informed it was my fault the wind blew the cover open and damaged it and no warranty work would be done. All I wanted was 2 handles and the hole patched. 15 year customer that will never return to their premium prices for lifetime warranties. BUYERS BEWARE

They installed three dash cams in my family's cars. Did quick clean work. All wires hidden etc. They was booked up for about a week however that is a sighn of how well they are.

I have known Frank and the guys at Line-X / Pro Audio for almost 30 years. No matter where I have moved to, I make the drive to take any vehicles that I want modified to Frank and his team. My husband and I recently purchased a Jeep Gladiator and want a topper for it - Frank was our first call. He took his time walking us through options on the capper, and really helped us think through what we really needed and how we needed the capper to function best for our needs. We also decided to upgrade our halogen lights to LEDs and his team walked us through several options that best met our needs and budget. Making the over hour drive from Sparta, KY is worth every mile. I can't say enough great things about Line-X of Southern Ohio.
