The Grille @Ramada Plaza Cincinnati

The kitchen closes at ten but they have a bartender that closes it whenever he doesn't want to work anymore. Walked in 3 times now before 930 only to be told sorry the kitchen is closed! But the cook is sitting by the kitchen waiting to make something. And why the hell do you have a restaurant in a hotel and not have room service?!!!! Do you not want to make money? So if I could give it zero I would but the food isn't bad at all. Just because of the foh employees and obviously the management decisions. Wake up, You're a restaurant in a hotel! Nobody should be having to bring food in the place to eat. You should make it for them anytime they wish, and take their money. That's how you run a restaurant. Maybe the owner needs to take a business class.

You are better off driving up the street for a meal this place is horrible just like the hotel Stay away from this place health department needs to shut them down.
