In 2018, we lost our house to a fire and had a very large claim. The Coleman Agency and Ohio Mutual came to our rescue and brought in experts that did almost all of the work. Without them, we simply could not have done more than a small fraction of what was needed. For example, the loss report was 116 pages. Some of the pages had 20 lines describing and valuing the property! We have also had several large automobile claims that were quickly and fairly handled. We are much more than satisfied! We have done business with Neil Coleman Insurance for several years. Our agent, Julie, always takes time to review our policies and make recommendations for our coverage (both up and down) as our business needs change. In times of crisis, when we have needed to file claims, they have always been helpful, responsive and have shown genuine concern for our agency. Wonderful service!
