Update: I am sincerely impressed by The Kitchen Collection response to my concerns. They went above and beyond to address my complaint and make things right. Thank you for caring about your customers! Truly a very reputable company. If I could, I wouldn't even give one star. The customer service representative was extremely rude to both my husband and grandson. My husband was looking at the kitchen timers and the rep came over and told him he couldn't test them, so he walked away. She proceeded to follow us around the store and when I asked my 13 year old grandson to hand me a plastic lettuce knife she yelled at him to put it down that he can't touch knifes. This was ridiculous considering I was standing right there and she should have addressed me. I recently bought a new home and wanted all new kitchen items, so I had planned a large purchase. My daughter is also buying a home and was getting a few small appliances and pot/pan set. Your employee cost you hundreds of dollars today! I can understand store policy, I can't tolerate rude customer service.

I will never shop here again. My husband purchased for me a Wusthof knife for Christmas. It was one I already have, so I went back the day after Christmas with receipt in hand and they would not refund me the money. It has to be a credit to the gift givers card! I love to cook and frequent the store and my husband buys high end gifts for me from Kitchen Collection. I will tell him no more...What an absolutely ridiculous policy and it cost you this customer.
