I stopped by there looking for a used four wheeler and the service was horrible. The salesman took me to the back to show me a used fourwheeler and just left me back there an never came back for me to ask questions about the unit. I waited for over 15 minutes on the gentleman to come back. In that time I found the exact same fourwheeler at another fourwheeler shop in town. Needless to say I went and bought the other four wheeler with cash. When I was walking out of Midwest Motoplex there was the gentleman that was supposed to be helping me trying to sell another unit on the showroom floor. Horrible.

Midwest motoplex is a poor excuse for a polaris dealer. If you are looking for a brand new polaris your out of luck their show room is empty! Now parts on the other hand well..... they dont have any of those either have to order everything. Im talking about common parts air filters oil filters brake pads for a 2014 ranger and a 15 rzr come on any one running a business should have common parts for machines they sell IN STOCK. Sell one order 2 so when other potential customers come in you dont have to order it. There customer service counter looks like the aftermath of the atomic bomb.boxes and parts laying all over the floor, pretty piss poor operation. If you dont belive me stop by midwest motoplex today dont worry about making a impulse buy on accessories or a new machine because they dont have any.
