Our daughter went to camp at Summer Wind Stables for 3 weeks, and she would go every week if she could! She had an amazing experience. The trainers are excellent, especially Mike. I've read previous reviews and was actually present at camp when there were supposed issues with other campers and parents. All I will say is that Mike stresses safety, which is the number one concern when children are riding horses. If a child is not listening to the instructor, they put themselves in harms way. Mike is an outstanding instructor and I have full trust in him when it comes to teaching my daughter how to ride. And again, I've personally watched him in action. Thank you Summer Wind Stables for an amazing summer! We will certainly be back regularly.

i used to ride here for 4 years great when your getting started but when i started to grow up i was way to busy to ride with cheer and homework. It was always a trouble for some reason when i missed one lesson i understand having a set schedule but things happened in life that i cant control.It was a good barn but the place has gone down hill not very nice inside,fences being broken,and not to mention that they dont do real shows.To take one of connies horses to a show would be 500$ !!! thats crazy other barns only charge 150$!
Also since the horses are old you cant jump a ton i only jumped 23 like two times because the other horses are too old to do anything with. Would completely recommend going here if you have been riding for 3 years or less or just begging but if you want to go showing or jumping over 23 i would move barns. I felt like i was being held back from so much stuff once i got better at riding.
