Freeman's Heating & Cooling

I have changed my review. They have done many jobs for my properties.... In a nutshell they did the work yesterday today they showed up to finish handed me a bill when they said they were going to bill me and because the check was not ready in hand the owner was mad and talk to me like I was a dog avoiding payment. Even though he has his money now. (Same day as work being completed) ...because I just had a horrible experience with the owner himself calling and yelling after 5 minutes of the work being done demanding the check in his hand even though I just received the bill not even had a chance to write it. And he talks to me like he's been waiting on the money for weeks even though they were still sitting in my driveway and he was calling because they notified him of the work being done and they had just delivered the bill. On top of that the employees don't tell him what they tell the customer or there's just some lying going on because I was told one thing by workers and then he's telling me something completely different. So they are very inconsistent with the communication. So after the owner calls and yells at me because I didn't have a check ready and hand before I even had the dollar amount I follow up in an hour let him know I got the check ready and that we will not be doing further business his response is "that's probably for the best." Kind of careless and arrogant and he clearly thinks he does no wrong. He sounds like he's a nice guy but he can be rude and mean and careless. I've even heard workers complain about him and how he does them or runs things. I didn't believe it until I just experienced his bad behavior. I'll be going to somebody else from now on. He has always been paid by me and I've always been good to his workers even if they've been rude.

These people are the best! They have worked on my plumbing and my HVAC over the years. They respond quickly and always do a good job. Prices are reasonable, in my opinion.

Awesome company had the Tech Shelby aka bada$$ out here the same day with my ac up and running couldnt ask for a better company or service just gained themselves a lifetime customer
