        We called at 7:50 am. They told us 90 minutes. Called back at 9:15 and they said they had no record of us needing a tow. Then he said oh wait here it is. My guy got pulled foe something else and he will get there as soon as he can. Maybe another 30 minutes or so. POORLY RUN BUSINESS AND POOR COMMUNICATION!

        Never use this company. My truck got a flat. Went to them for a tire. Thier mechanic jacked the truck up by the air bags and caused it to leak and it clearly has a warning labeled not to jack there. Then sold me a half tread tire for over $400 with two nails in it. Then the kid was throwing the rim and tire down because he was struggling to get it on. He put the tire on the wrong way and bent my rim. The tire they put on didn't last the drive home. Great lakes best one tire sold me one later for $116 out the door Service: Tyre change

        They charged me almost $400 for a tire that already had nails in it and apparently they are not familiar with lug nuts because about a mile down the road the tire fell completely off.
