I did some research online prior to callinog Watch. We adopted.a puppy in the Falll, and as the winter set in, it became clear, that we needed some sort of fencing. A hidden fence made the most sense. Justin was very responsive, and a pleasure to work with. I had decided to go with Dog Watch before the appointment, and meeting Justin confirmed that this was the right decision. David, their trainer was most helpful and a great stress reliever! It has now been a little over three weeks, and my almost eight month old puppy is completely trained to respect her boundaries. I highly recommend Dog Watch! Great product. Great company. They did what they said they would do and I would recommend DogWatch to any dog owner looking to protect their pet. What a great company. I spoke to Justin at Cleveland Dig Watch. I expressed my concern on what we needed to keep out puppy in the front yard without running off. We only wanted the front yard done. He listened to what we needed. He gave me some options. So I chose the option that beat fits us. He did not try and pressure into up selling. He laid out what they were going to do step by step and when they were going to do it. And they did what they said they were going to do!! The installer came and was very professional and efficient. Explained everything. The dog trainer came 3x at the time we decided on and he was professional and did a great job with Wrangler. I want to add that they came all the way from Cleveland to North Canton to do this! Amazing. I recommend Dog Watch Cleveland to anyone who needs this service.
