Speedy, no-frills Dentist experience -- they are friendly, very quick, and don't try to upsell you on fancy/unnecessary 'add-ons'. Convenient downtown location in Chagrin Falls with dedicated parking lot. Highly Recommended!

The experience was fine and the people were nice but they displayed their true character when they billed me for more than 3x more than what they originally told me and told me that I had no other choice but to pay it. They give you an “estimate” of what your insurance will pay, you agree to pay it, and then a month letter expect another bill that is drastically higher and you are told that their estimate was wrong and you have no other choice but to pay it. They do not explain to you at all that the original bill is an estimate and that you could be on the hook for much more. Sounds criminal if you ask me. i Highly recommend not being a patient here due to their money hungry and dishonest practices.

Everyone was very nice and helpful and the girl who cleaned my teeth seemed to be a fabulous person and good at her job. Unfortunately the new cleaning equipment was a little hurtful on my gums. { Posted for Gary Griffin.}

The staff at Chagrin Falls Dental is amazing. They were fast, efficient, and so friendly . They were so appreciative to welcome me as a new patient. I even received welcoming gifts. A highly recommend going there if you are in search of a new dentist.
