Two years in a row I have had nothing but problems with this company. This year they got their payment for the oil and now they’re trying to double charge me plus put on late fees. Next year I won’t be dealing with this company I will be getting with a company that will not extort money out of me. The ladies in the office are the most nastiest and very unprofessional people I have dealt with. I cannot understand how they do not know how to do math when I have proven with the bank statement that the payment went through. I do not recommend this company

We had Used this Company for Years.. Not anymore. For the last 2 yrs, Iv had nothing but Questionable Billing issues including Questionable fuel issues, 1) if I really Got what was supposed to be delivered. Seem everytime I question the Billing or the filling dates , they were always differnt or Not Consistent. It was a Big mess. Last winter we had Boiler Problems issues after having a couple different guys out and fixing my boiler. SPENDING $1000 + and No Heat for 3wks, I'm almost certain it had something to do with fuel that I was using. Either it had Water in the fuel ??? They always charge the Top Dollar too. As a Single Mom, every dollar must go futher.. Do, you think this company cared? NO, Didn't want to work out any payment plan to make sure we had heat in the middle of the Winter. After talking with the guys that fixed my boiler and some co - workers about it. Many more people have been having problems with this company. And stop using them. For this exact reason.. being screwed at the Billing? I dont know what happen to this company but it has fallen a part.

Ullman Oil LLC helped me in a pinch during an emergency power outage at one of my facilities in Cleveland. During this power outage we ran on generator and needed additional fuel. They were quick to respond to me without any hassle. Sue, and her driver were so friendly and fast. Thank you Ullman Oil for keeping a critical infrastructure operating in a stressful time!
