Super knowledgeable salesman (Matt). Listened to what I had to say and found us the perfect sectional. Couldnt have been easier! Delivery was quick and on schedule. I will definitely shop there again !

I purchased a couch that was delivered with missing screws for the back that fits in the center of the couch. I called to request the screws and was told they would be sent in 7-10 days. I called to get an update and was told it would not ship for another 30 days. Requested a new couch and was told there was at least a 30 day wait on that as well. There is no sense of urgency to satisfy the customer post sale nor realistic compensation for the inconvenience. Please take my feedback into consideration when considering where to buy your furniture. Orde#r 0314406OP48
