My stay for rehab at this facility was very nice, it is a home like atmosphere and clean, my nurses and nurse aids are caring and kind and some even went above and beyond I especially remember Angela and Peggy my nurses and my nurse aids Nicole and Josh and Reese, I’m sure there will be more I have not met yet as well, also the physical therapy and occupational therapy people are great.

Amy Johnson, The Director of Nursing, who is also on the Board, refuses to wear a mask to any public event. Her husband and her kids also refuse to comply with the mask order. She even has her parents come in from Kentucky to attend the school events and they refuse to wear masks. This is irresponsible and unacceptable behavior for someone who is supposed to protect the residents of Centerburg Pointe. Nursing Homes are Breeding Grounds for Covid and her complete lack of respect for anyone other than herself is unprofessional, irresponsible, selfish and infuriating. The fact that she and her husband have been doing this throughout the entire Pandemic but nothing has been done, not only says a lot about her, but says a lot about the business itself.

The food is really bad. You put your call light on and you are lucky if someone comes within an hur. I was outside sitting in my own car not bothering anyone and they called the sherif on me. Because I wasn't in the designated area
