      image Called and made an appt. Showed up early to do paperwork. Stood at the reception desk for 20 mins waiting for someone to show up. No one ever came. Waited a few more mins and still nothing. I left. What an odd experience.

      image I have heard that Dr Pruitt is very good and also very nice but I will not be able to find out because I couldn't get past the very rude person who answered the phone. I'm in town from out of state and had researched a chiropractor that is in network for me. Celina Chiropractic came up. Once the receptionist heard that I had Blue Cross Blue Shield she was extremely short with me saying that they wouldn't take anyone with Anthem. Well, I've never heard of Anthem and don't have that for my insurance. She told me that basically NO ONE would take my insurance. I even offered to pay it and submit to insurance myself and she still didn't want to take me. After calling two other offices and having a much different experience, I know that I will not be going to Celina Chiropractic but will go somewhere where my business is appreciated.
