I would give 10 stars if I could! I had received a bill showing usage of 8000 gallons. First company I called went into crawl space reporting it was not there. Determined leak between meter and house. Estimate $5000+ to dig trench available to dig in 5 days. Second company went into crawl space reporting it was not there. Determined leak between meter and house. Estimate $3800 to dig trench available to dig in 12 days. Massive Creek Plumbing came. Went into crawl space, within 15 minutes identified the problem in the crawl space and replaced the faulty fitting within 30 minutes. Very professional, knowledgeable and conscientious. The technician called later that day to verify that he remembered to replace the covering to the crawl space and offered to come back to put it into place.

I have used Massie Creek Plumbing for several jobs in my home including replacement of under sink shut off valves and replacing outdoor faucets. However, they really came through for me when installing my new heat pump hybrid electric water heater. The part they brought on the schedule day was the wrong model. The correct model was not available in the area so they engaged their network of suppliers to find nearby equivalent model from a different manufacturer to ensure same day delivery and installation. All of this done during a holiday week. Their quick work and attention to customer satisfaction saved my family from spending the holiday week without hot water. I will definitely hire them again the next time I need plumbing work done in my home.
