Duncan is the worst you can't get your coffee the way that you want it you have to go back have them fix it you have to waste your gas and your time to go back and have it fixed. When you call in they say Well ma'am this is a training store that makes it even worse in my opinion if it's a training store then they should be trained correctly you should be able to go to any Duncan order your coffee and get it the same way every time that's not the case with West Tusk all so before covid the pop cups were a decent size Duncan gave them to your dogs then when covid happened you had to start paying for them each manager that comes into this West Husk location changes the price or the size of your pop cup that you pay for absolutely ridiculous Duncan is the worst place to get coffee

I absolutely love the Customer Service at the Canton location and our drinks are always good. We are greeted with a smile in the morning and they are very nice always. Keep up the good work Canton DD
Dietary restrictions: They do offer a sugar free option with several flavors.
