all around terrible guitar shop, if youre a guitar player looking for a shop with people that care about guitarist or artist in general it is not this place or these people, they will screw you over in anyway possible, you can take a 1500$ guitar in and be offered 600$ then theyll try to up their offer, ive also bought a used guitar there for 500$ then took it back the same week and got offered 200$ and also not to mention its a terrible place to go for set ups on guitars, definitely dont recommend if you want your guitar back quickly and i had to call THEM to get my guitar back and my guess is it was ready the whole time, and that happened twice.. if it was an option i would rate 0 stars

Solid store with a good selection. Feels like a Guitar Center in terms of quality and variety, but the staff is personable and helpful like a small business.

Brought in 3 used guitars to see about selling. Told the older guy with the earring when asked how much I was looking to get just to give me a fair price, as I just wanted them out of my garage. He says he has to call the boss. Comes back 10mins later offers me $150 which didnt seem fair as I had looked up costs prior to me stopping in the store. I politely told him no thanks and shook hands. Another customer walks up and asks me about 1 of the guitars and the old guy interrupts him and says oh hes not interested in selling walks out of the room then comes right back in and offers me $200. I again tell him no thanks and pack up and leave. I understand trying to get something for a good price. But to act like he did with the comment oh hes not interested in selling when im clearly there to do just that is ignorant and rude. I run a small company and I treat my customers with respect and lowballing a potential customer in an effort to get more from them isnt respectful and making comments as he did certainly isnt either. I ended up selling them on marketplace for 2x what they offered me.

Old dudes constantly outside smoking pot. Has no respect for the customer and rushes you along so he can get back to his smoke break. Oh you want guitar work done? Be prepared to pay twice of what you should and wait twice as long. Oh you want a guitar that you see everywhere for $499 and music farms the only place that has it local? Be prepared to pay another $100 unless you can wait on your sweetwater order.

Im changing my previous 5-star review to a 1-star review because the owner cant seem to keep his political opinion out of his business. I was an avid customer until I began hearing how much the owner bragged about loving Trump. I could care less because it wasnt promoted in his business and didnt affect me and my purchases. I arrived the other day to find a massive Renacci sign posted on the property and couldnt believe how unprofessional that was.
