Dawn made my husband and Is first home buying experience a treat. Because of her, it was such a smooth and quick process! Sign a few papers, submit some documents, have a few phone calls. She also got us in touch with a title agency who took it from there and now we are new home owners! I dont think it couldve been any easier or any faster. I have bought & sold many homes over the years, so I have worked with many different lenders & brokers. For our most recent transaction, we used American First Bancorp. I will never use anyone else again! Dawn Moore was super efficient and just awesome to work with. With Dawns help, we were able to close on our house in 30 days after we made the offer. Dawn is a true professional at her job and a real pleasure to work with.
