After the owner of my previous lawn care company retired, I hired Nature's cut because they offered a competitive price. Things were not smooth at first and I had a disagreement with the owner over billing. He was EXTREMELY professional about it, and explained the situation. It turned out it was my lack of understanding that was at issue. The work they have done has always been very high quality. We are hosting our wedding and reception on our property this coming weekend and his crew came to do today's service. They have gone above and beyond on making our yard look amazing for our event. Trimming hedges, removing a tree that was growing in the corner of the hedges and ensuring that there are no grass clippings or anything left that can turn brown and blemish our day.
The measure of a company is not how they do when things go well, but how they handle it when things do not go well with the customer. Nature's Cut has set a high bar here. I honestly think if it were any other company we would have had an argument and parted ways. Instead the owner was very patient with my lack of understanding and I remain a loyal customer.
