Staff is lazy and always act like they’re so confused or they can’t assist you correctly …. Lacking common sense … half the rooms were complaining of no hot water and then after I enjoyed my steak dinner and we’re hanging on the bed when two roaches come crawling down the head board and we packed up so quick and left !! Disgusting I wouldn’t suggest this place to the nearest bum! Much better around here for same or cheaper prices

Where can I start. I walk in and the room wreaks of smoke.( I got a non smoking room) they charge a 600 dollar non refundable fee if you smoke in your room. That just looks like a cash grab to me because they definitely aren't using it on the room. The refrigerator was broken. All of the furniture looked like it came from a junk yard. The bathroom was stained yellow. I could visibly see dirt all over the floor . This was a disgusting, trashy place. It should be CLOSED. needless to say 1 star cause they gave me my money back. But I went l the road and found a better option IMMEDIATELY.

I guess this hotel was an overall positive experience because of the manager Amit. There appeared to be a unity among the employees where no one’s personality became more the focus than our need to be comfortable.
