We hired and did a very thorough home inspection, very professional and detailed, Barry does not miss a single thing when doing a complete home inspection. I would no doubt hire him again.

My husband and I have hired Barry for 3 different home inspections, and in doing so we were twice saved from buying a money pit of a house. Barry is extremely thorough in his inspections and explains a lot as he works his way through a house. The turnaround time on his report is quick and they are very detailed. If you are planning to be present for a home inspection, I recommend packing a lunch because his estimated inspection time is typically longer than most other standard home inspectors. But Barry is exceptional, not standard! And don’t you deserve “exceptional” when it comes to your home?? 1000% worth the time and money.

It was a pleasure working with Barry. From the initial estimate request he asked multiple questions about the property. Other companies just provided numbers for the inspection costs. The day of inspection he arrived early and was already looking over the exterior of the property. During the inspection he stopped to explain any areas that may be of concern. He was very thorough and willing to answer any questions that came up. The final report was well documented and in great detail with pictures specifying the exact area of concern. I would strongly recommend using Barry for future home inspections. Thank you again and we appreciate all the work you did for us.
