Burt's New & Used Appliances (Picture Perfect)

Only getting a one bc I cant do a review with a zero star... WORST customer service EVER.. it has taking 3 days to get the fridge when it was suppose to be delivered same day, but they keep making excuses... then dont even put it in the house bc they dont feel like taking the doors off to make it fit. So left it on the porch. The sales associate is higher than a kite and doesn't comprehend anything you say... Just keeps saying he's filling in for someone else... Just absolutely the worst store ever... And rude... And they r no longer on Wertz they r on 16th Street NE

This company is not worth there weight in gold, do not suggest one ones any thing from them.. Bought a fridge and its junk, they say they will come fix it and they wont.. Also a stove and the stove was missing a million screws...and practical fell apart while I hooked up the gas line, it actually explains why they won't hoke up a gas line...the fridge is still a big scrap peace of metal which they won't replace... And there is a no money back policy on all of the items.... They r the store on the corner of mahoning and grace now..

I bought a used front load washer and dryer from here and my dryer doesn't want to dry clothes I had to buy a $100 part for it the heating element or whatever they had it rigged so it kept coming apart
