The actual transport was uneventful, and the driver was very nice. I must say I am NOT impressed with the way they charge. Being at a rehac facility I needed to use them. The nurses gave me one price and the actual place charged me $109.00 more?!! Not impressed at all!

These people have no clue how to dispatch and they leave disabled people sitting and waiting for hours. They should not be in business.

On the 22nd.instant during evening hours my wife of above 65 years of age all on a sudden started feeling bad and turned a kind pale, tired and restless. I became nervous so dialed 911 to shift her in to Emergency care of the Aultman. No sooner had I called for, an Ambulance whistled entry in our drive way! Out came two young men one , Eric Erb and the another Andrew Liclerdule [spelling?]. My heartiest compliments and Kudos to both of the young men on account of their selfless and congenial services throughout the whole process of transporting my wife from home to the Hospital. I sincerely wish them well and Merry Christmas! To my mind this noble act of theirs verily constitutes the true spirit of the Holy Christmas! S. A. Samad. Canton. OH 44709
