He uses the name "Bill" to throw people off... Just be careful people who you do business with... I am currently working on suing his company. Do not reply back lying saying you didn't service me. That's what liars do go back and forth. You are extremely to girly to be a man.

        They said they weren't taking on new clients. Could have made me aware of that when I initially asked. They led me to believe they sent a quote, then told new they would send and when I followed up they let me know they weren't taking new clients.
