Had the Watersoftener Guy check my existing unit and well water coming into my house. He was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening with the unit. I decided on a replacement and was told the equipment I selected was in stock and he could replace it right away. Within three days we had a new unit and my wife and I could not be happier!

The Softener Guy, from Canal Fulton came out
Sunday of Labor Day weekend to evaluate our
hard and iron water issues that we were having
years with our previous units. Not only did he
come out on Sunday at no charge to evaluate it,
but Installed the unit that next day, Monday at n
additional holiday weekend charge. He was ver
intelligent and such a nice guy! We have never ir
18 years had the soft and iron free water we ha
now! Called many companies, and no one coul
evaluate our problem. Just charged us more an
left with the same problem we were having. His
units carry a 5 year warranty on parts and Issac,
owner, gives you 3 years of no cost labor
warranty! That's unbelievable! He is now going
evaluate the water at our business, Occasions
Party Centre, to figure out what no other company
in town and out of town has been able to fix.
Highly recommended and he knows his stuff!!

Great experience! He was very educated about all types of softeners. He gave me many options, tested my water & explained why I DIDNT need a more expensive unit, etc. I cant say enough good things! I highly recommend!!
