I have been a gymnast on and off here for ten years now. I am going into my senior season this upcoming season, and I absolutely love the people I do gymnastics with and train with. The head coach is truly like a second mother to me and my teammates and cares immensely about our well-being. She will never allow an injured teammate to risk further injuries, and will push us to put our mental and physical health before gymnastics. This small gym truly became a second home to me, and it's been an honor to coach alongside my best friend and coach, as well as be an athlete here for the majority of my life. I highly recommend this gym if you're looking for a team that becomes your sisters, and coaches that become your family. Although it is a small, older facility, the quality of the coaching and the bonds that are created are extraordinary and are worth every penny and every second of your time. You wouldn't regret going here one bit.

It’s really crusty and old. There are cockroaches all over. It smells like mold. The owner forced one of my friends moms to scrub the mats. A girl threw up and she never cleaned it she let it soak in the floor. My friend sprained her neck and they didn’t do anything about it. Their expectations for you are way to high. If you are a starter they force you to do things you can’t. It just makes me want to throw up. People keep saying the owner is awesome at gymnastics but can’t even do a cartwheel they forced a little 5 year old girl to do a back handspring and she hurt herself.

I love doing and coaching gymnastics here. The head coach is amazing and incredibly experienced. The team is like one huge family and we all love and support each other. I once we to another gym for two years and it was the worst mistake of my life. I wouldn't trade my gym for the world and I dread the day I have to quit.
