All my neighbors told me to contact the "other company" in the area because that's who they've used for the last 30 years. I searched for that company and stumbled upon Prime Pumping. Their website was impressive AND he answered me in 2 rings of the phone. I was scheduled for service the next day. Although he ran a tad bit late, understandably, Nick had the coolest tools to do an above and beyond job. He explained every step of what he was doing, how his truck was different than other companies and so on. Very cool guy and a very good job. I'll always call Nick in the future. I had an issue with a backed up septic system, Nick was there shortly after my call. He had a full day but still fit me in. Once he was there he was thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain my issues and what my options were. He helped me find the other lid to my tank and helped me uncover it. He came back the next day to try some other options that might help solve my clog. He went above and beyond. I found them just by luck in a Google search, so glad I did. I wouldn’t call anyone else. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

The guys at Prime are top notch, very knowledgeable and professional. I was in a bind with a backed up septic on a Saturday and they were there within a couple hours to get the job done. I highly recommend them for septic services.
