I moved in in August 2020 I have had several issues and cannot get anyone to fix anything. Since I moved in they've been through at least three maintenance people that I know of. My water heater is pouring water both my sinks leak there's mold in both bathrooms growing because of the moisture. Mold where the water heater is enclosed due to it leaking rapidly. When I moved in there's the crack across the ceiling and the manager told me Clayton homes was going to come repair it and no one ever showed up. There's also a crack behind the bedroom door all the way up the wall they also said they were going to repair that no one ever showed up. The ceiling and the wall are cracking because these trailers are like 8 ft off the ground and they were not leveled properly. Several pieces of the trim has bowed out and came off the wall. The countertop coverings are also warped and sticking up. The heat didn't work when it was cold and now that it's warming up the air don't work per our lease we are not able to fix anything or make repairs ourselves but we can't get anyone to repair it or come out to even look at it. I've sent several pictures and videos to the manager to let her know what's going on she does not seem concerned with the leaks even though when it's done with these repairs are not going to be able to be fixed it's beyond repair. I've waited patiently until now now that it's been about a year I've lived here and I still can't get anyone to fix anything I feel like I've been duped. I would not suggest moving into these trailer parks due to the maintenance issues. I followed all the instructions in my lease and the processes that they've given me to have someone fix these issues and they refuse to fix them. The manager says that the work orders have been put in and that the corporate will not approve the orders and that her hands are tied until they approve them.
