The worst. His staff is angry. The doctor is rude. When I ask to have a few keratosis removed. He did do it, but told me I should grow old gracefully. I was 36 at the time.

Called here to schedule an appointment. Already feeling nervous, I was in high hopes the people here would be nice and accommodating instead I got complete opposite. Lady who answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude and argumentative. When I told her I knew my insurance was not accepted at this place and that id pay out of pocket she told me “we do not accept that insurance sorry” mam I told you I’d pay out of pocket and she proceeded to tell me no. UNPROFESSIONAL, rude and down right wrong. Stay clear.

I’m a surgeon visiting the area. I wanted to see if they could make time to burn a common wart off my sons knee. I have good insurance. From the moment I called, however, the amount of attitude received on the phone was astonishing.....
I drove down to the office to see for myself how “busy” they really were and ... no surprise... there was one patient in the office. But the facial expressions and eye rolling from the staff said everything I needed to know. I asked them to ask the doctor if they could fit one more person in which I doubt they did. I’m short, they said they were booked for three weeks ... I said I was only in town a couple of days ..... and I was told “sorry”.
Very disappointing..... as a doctor I would like to think my staff would never act like that. There’s ALWAYS a way to work someone in under these circumstances!
But given their lack of attention to privacy and patient information at the front desk I guess I should not be surprised.... can u say HIPAA violation ?
