Berkshire Hills Apartments

The speed bumps are unnecessary. They destroy cars if the parking lot and pulling in doesn’t already. It needs to be repaved or reconstructed. There is also a new manager, who isn’t very welcoming or kind.

Waiting for batching to begin a long process as well as the sidewalks a few people have tripped and a eyesore. Thats just one topic to touch on.

I have been a resident since 2013 and am quite pleased with the manager. Any time I have a question, concern or request, the property manager will take the time to listen to me and do her best to assist me. The grounds are well maintained and maintenance requests are always promptly addressed. While I am not a fan of apartment living, I love my apartment and the management.

I’m am very upset with how the speed bumps are set up in the apartments. I drive through here very frequently because I have some girlfriends that live here. First: there definitely should not be a speed bump set up right by the office because it is already a pain coming in through that way because it obviously it needs fixed up! Second: the speed bumps are too high for low level cars like I have and can really mess up a car no matter how fast you are going! (Alignment, suspension, etc) Lastly I think speed bumps are good in areas like these, but if you can’t fix your roads in the apartments then you shouldn’t have speed bumps especially them being that high. One last thing, I have gotten yelled at for going around 15 in here and I think it was the property manager and let me just say she wasn’t as nice as she should be. From reading the other reviews I know she yells at others, so I think she should work on her manager skills a little more if you wants the job title: Manager!
