We ordered a bunch of items through a team store set up for our school program for our young son for Christmas presents. I was charged for everything but only some of the items came. 2 items never came as i was told they were back ordered. I emailed them several times over the season with no response (if i did get one, it was very rude). The season came and went and we still have yet to receive the two items. Very hard to get a response out of them for update (again, if they do, they are rude). They said at first they felt I got everything I ordered. Then they finally agreed to send a refund (with a rude response) after hounding them over and over, day after day but, after several weeks, still no refund and no response to several additional emails. I have never even thought of giving anyone a review. I am not that type of person, so if you read this, please know that this company is really that bad to get me to write one. Yes you might be lucky and get everything you order but if you don't, good luck getting a refund or any customer service. ***UPDATE*** They got me my refund...Thanks!
